A Supportive Community for Every Stage of Life

Our Well Woman Safe Space offers group and individual sessions that foster a sense of community and connection. These sessions address various topics, including mental health, self-care, and life transitions, providing a platform for women to share experiences and support one another.


Monthly Group Support: Join women facing similar challenges for group discussions, led by Dr. Allen, that create a sense of belonging and mutual support. Topics range from menopause management to stress reduction techniques.


Individual Support Sessions: These one-on-one sessions are tailored to provide personalized support, helping you cope with stress, build self-confidence, and develop practical self-care strategies.


Our Safe Space program is designed to provide you with both the practical and emotional support needed to navigate life’s challenges.

Empowering You for a Healthier Life

We understand that weight management and wellness are integral parts of overall health. Our weight loss and wellness programs provide comprehensive support, from nutrition and exercise guidance to medication management when needed, helping you reach and maintain a healthy weight sustainably.


  • Initial Consultation & Medication: Start with a thorough consultation to develop a personalized plan. If necessary, medication may be recommended and monitored to support your weight loss goals.


  • Ongoing Support: Our monthly package includes follow-up visits, where we monitor your progress and adjust your plan to ensure it’s working for you. We focus on lifestyle adjustments, including diet, exercise, and mental wellness.

Mental and Emotional Wellness

Our Well Woman Life Support services provide a safe space where women can address mental and emotional health concerns. Whether it’s managing stress, navigating life transitions, or receiving support through specific health challenges, we offer group and individual sessions tailored to your needs.


  • Group Support Sessions: Monthly group sessions where women can share experiences and support one another. Examples include menopause support groups and workshops for managing stress and mental health.
  • Individual Life Support Sessions: One-on-one coaching focused on mental wellness, self-care, and life balance. Each session is personalized to address your unique challenges, with at least four sessions recommended for meaningful support.


Our life support programs aim to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, helping you build resilience, find balance, and achieve personal wellness goals.
